My Story
After years of dedication as a competitive bodybuilder and gymnast, I found myself facing a profound struggle with my health. At age 35, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and severe Celiac disease, along with an extreme intolerance to wheat. Despite my commitment to eating nutritious foods and maintaining an active lifestyle, I gained 50 pounds over two years.
The irony was that I was overtraining, a consequence of the teachings from my standard fitness certifications, which emphasized relentless exercise. My body was under so much stress that it led to significant hormone imbalances, further complicating my weight gain.

It was disheartening when a nurse practitioner casually tapped me on my shoe, suggesting I simply needed to use them more. This moment sparked a realization that I had to dig deeper to uncover the root cause of my health issues. This journey led me to become a health coach, dedicated to helping others navigate their health challenges and find true balance.
