  • 🥩 Primal Nutrition Reset: The Power of Prioritizing Animal Protein (+ a Carnivore Recipe You’ll Love)

If you’ve been feeling low on energy, craving sugar, or noticing that your hormones feel out of balance—chances are, your body is missing one of the most foundational nutrients:

High-quality animal protein.

Most of the women I coach are under-eating the very thing their bodies are begging for—clean, bioavailable protein that supports muscle, metabolism, blood sugar, and hormone health. It’s not about perfection. It’s about reconnecting to the simple, powerful way we were designed to eat.

Let’s get back to basics.

🔥 Primal Nutrition Tip of the Week:

Eat animal protein first at every meal.
It’s the most grounding, stabilizing, and healing food you can give your body—especially during times of stress or fatigue.

Whether you’re fully Carnivore, Ketovore, or just easing off inflammatory foods, starting your day with animal protein sets the tone for:

  • Balanced blood sugar
  • Fewer cravings
  • Greater focus and clarity
  • Hormone stability
  • Lean muscle support

And yes—it tastes amazing, too.

🥓 Carnivore Breakfast Bake (Simple & Nourishing)

This recipe is perfect for batch prepping or enjoying warm from the oven. It’s rich in nutrients and totally free of grains, fillers, and inflammatory oils.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pasture-raised ground beef or bison
  • 4 pasture-raised eggs
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Optional: sprinkle of raw cheddar or a dash of beef liver powder for an extra nutrient punch

🔪 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Brown the meat in a skillet and season with sea salt
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl
  4. Spread the meat evenly in a small baking dish
  5. Pour eggs over the meat and stir gently to combine
  6. Add optional toppings if desired
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and slightly golden
  8. Slice and enjoy! Great hot or cold

💬 Final Thoughts:

Eating primal doesn’t have to be restrictive or boring. It’s about nourishing your body in a way that honors your roots—and feels GOOD.

Start with real food. Keep it simple. Lead with protein. And let your body respond.

Let me know if you try this one—I’d love to hear how you feel!
